You've probably already sipped some craft beers from Colorado-based New Belgium Brewery - like a Fat Tire Ale, maybe. This environmentally friendly brewer has released a new beer this fall - Tour de Fall. The amber-colored pale ale is made with a dry hopping technique, Cascade and Amarillo hops, has notes of pine and citrus and is 6 percent ABV.
Glancing at the menu for New Belgium's brewmaster's dinner at Salty's at Redondo next month, the Tour de Fall is missing.

First Course
Alder Wood-Smoked Steelhead Mousse, garlic-rubbed brioche, pickled onions and pickled radish
Paired with Lips of Faith: Gratzer
Intermezzo
Paired with Lips of Faith: Transatlantique Kriek
Chicken Tenderloin and Beef Tenderloin Skewers, cilantro-curry chicken and Thai chili sauce, teriyaki beef and sweet soy sauce over sushi rice
Paired with Rampant Imperial IPA
Third Course
Grilled Mahi-Mahi, basted with jerk seasonings-coconut lime sauce and set atop papaya and black bean salsa
Paired with Snapshot Wheat
Fourth Course
Eggnog Bread Pudding, draped with chili-caramel sauce and crowned with cognac fruit garnished with a tuile cookie
Paired with Lips of Faith: Salted Belgian Chocolate Stout
